Description
With bold proportions and sweeping lines, Dama-T throws a curve by reaching back a century for artisanship that adds a decorative frisson. Designers Ludovica + Roberto Palomba dictate the checkered hand-carved motif for the solid-wood lounge chair’s seat and back, in a solid black or black and white relief. Drawing on Zanat’s woodcraft expertise, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage skill, the minimalist pattern actually required newly devised carving tools to achieve.
